Our Authorised Discovery Vitality Wellness Centre offers the following:

Vitality Fitness Assessment – R533.60

Vitality Fitness Assessment, which are payable on the day and completed by a network registered Biokineticist.

Vitality Health Check – R451

Vitality Health Check which is paid by Discovery Preventative screening benefit once a year and non-Discovery members to pay on the day.

Vitality Dietitian Visit – R530 (payable on the day)

Vitality Dietitian Visit completed by qualified network registered Dietitian to guide you with good eating habits, recipes and assistance with an eating plan.

Mammogram & Bone Density Assessment

Mammogram and Bone density assessment completed by highly recommended Doctor and can earn client a possible 2 500 Vitality points.

Vitality Kids Health Check

Vitality Kids Health Check is completed by a network registered Doctor. Children between ages 2 and 17 years are welcome.
